Red 3 Phase-out Sale
Save on products containing FD&C Red No. 3, while supplies last.
The FDA is phasing out the use of FD&C Red No. 3 in foods, with the change taking effect January 15, 2027. As the baking and confectionery industry transitions to new formulations, we're discounting our remaining products that contain Red 3.
These products were manufactured under current food regulations and contain Red 3 (E127 in Europe) as listed in their ingredients. Quantities are limited, and products will be available only while supplies last. This is a perfect opportunity to stock up for home use.
Do You Sell Your Baked Goods or Candy?
If you operate a bakery, home-based baking business, cottage food business, or sell at farmers markets, please plan your purchases accordingly. Foods containing Red 3 will no longer be authorized for sale beginning January 15, 2027. Businesses making food for sale should plan to transition to Red 3-free ingredients for products manufactured after that date.
