Our walk-in store hours are Monday-Friday 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday 10 am to 4 pm. If you would like to have your items ready to go when you arrive, simply follow the directions below:

1. Place your order online before 12:00 pm Monday through Friday for same-day pickup. (Same-day pickup not available on Saturdays).
2. Select “In-Store Pickup” on the shipping information page. Please allow us ample time after placing the order for our team to have plenty of time to pick and triple check the order (typically 4 hours after placing the order).
3. We will text or call you when your order is ready.
4. Once you’ve received a text or call, come in and check in at the front desk to pick up your order.

If you select $6.95 Flat Rate Shipping (free over $60), we select the shipping provider (usually UPS, FedEx, USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail). Please allow up to 10 days for orders to arrive when selecting Flat Rate Shipping. Need your order sooner? You will have several options with various shipping costs during the checkout process. Flat Rate shipping is only available within the United States and does not include Alaska and Hawaii. Please note, we do our best to find the most economical shipping for Alaska and Hawaii and often are able to refund some of the shipping cost.

Most orders that are placed before 8:00 am EST Monday-Friday will ship the same day. Occasionally, the order may ship within the next day or two, especially if large quantities of the same item are ordered. If you need your order by a certain date, please note the date needed by in the comment section during checkout. *Note- Please be sure and give us a day time phone number where we can contact you should there be any issues that may delay your order.

We offer FedEx Express and UPS Express Delivery. Note that orders must be received by 8:00 am EST to be shipped out that day. The UPS and FedEx expedited shipping options are for Monday-Friday delivery for Residential and Commericial addresses. So if you picked Next Day delivery for an ordered placed on Thursday afternoon, it should ship on Friday and delivery will be on Monday the following week and not on Saturday.

Please note that wholesale orders are not eligible for free shipping. Our wholesale pricing includes deep discounts and special deals, and we pass along our heavily discounted shipping rates from trusted providers to keep your overall costs low.

While our website does not display freight shipping rates, we are happy to explore freight options for larger orders. If freight is the most cost-effective choice for your shipment, we will contact you directly with details and pricing.
