Dry Fondant for Candy Making

Candy Center Recipe:

  1. In a saucepan, bring 2 tbsp whipping cream and 6 tbsp butter to a boil.

  4. Once cool enough to handle, knead the mixture until smooth.
  5. Mix in any extras like nuts or coconut, then roll into balls and dip!

Tip for Icing:

To make a pourable icing for cookies and petits fours, just add enough water to your dry fondant until it reaches your desired consistency.
