Mold this sign in coating or gumpaste. Use coating or royal icing to write message. Push into decorated cake. Great on fishing cakes! Note: If using gumpaste, a humid day may cause the sign to droop. Cover the back and post of the sign with several coats royal icing to keep gumpaste stiff.
