12" x 16" edible design on a clear sheet. Makes elegant candy. For a flat mold, simply cut the sheet to fit the mold, with the design side up. Pour melted chocolate or candy coating over the top of the design, into the mold. Place in freezer or refrigerator to set up. Remove from mold and peel off sheet. Design will remain on chocolate. Another use, Lay sheet out on counter, design side up. Pour melted chocolate over sheet. Let set up, then with cutter, cut into shapes or with pizza roller, cut into squares, triangles, etc.

Please note that the transfer sheets are made of cocoa butter making them heat sensitive and creates the possibility of being affected by warmer temperatures. Purchasing cold packs and expediting the order may reduce the chance of heat damage. We do recommend shipping orders that can be affected by heat on Mondays or towards the beginning of the week so the product is not sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.
