Pastry Guide and Crust Cutter

Pastry guide helps you to cut perfect circles every time. Use guide for pie crust, fondant, tortillas, tarts, and parchment paper. Guide has size slots for 4 to 7" diameter and 11 to 14" diameter.
To use guide: Roll dough out. Place knob in center of dough. Raise guide off dough; place index finger gently on knob with middle finger on back of guide. While holding the knob in place, insert knife into desired size slot and gently rotate knife until you complete your circle.
