'Booster colour enhance' does exactly that. It is used to intensify your color through emulsification. By adding booster, you will achieve a deep color using less coloring. It's magic (almost). It helps to disperse your color and dyes more evenly. Improves fluidity in chocolate (similar to cocoa butter).
