Clasen white chocolate wafers are a delicious, smooth and creamy vanilla-flavored confectionary candy coating with no waxy taste. White chocolate wafers (also known as chocolate melts, candy melts, confectionary coating, and candy coating) combine sugar, milk and vegetable oil and requires no tempering.
If adding flavors or colors, use a concentrated flavor or oil-based color.
Due to an ingredient change, the use of paramount crystals is strongly recommended. We also suggest using them when adding concentrated flavorings and oil based colors to prevent thickening.
