Cut transfer sheets into squares to fit the treats you'll be dipping.
Melt candy coating or temper chocolate.
Stir in peppermint oil.
Dip crackers into melted chocolate, ensuring they are completely coated. Use a dipping tool to remove.
Allow excess chocolate to drip back into the pan.
Place the dipped crackers on parchment paper or a silicone mat.
While the chocolate is still wet, place the chocolate transfer sheet, texture side down onto each cookie and gently press to seal.
Once the chocolate is set, peel off the transfer sheet.
