Molded Glitter Snowflake Butter Mints

White Chocolate buttermint snowflakes are more than just an after dinner mint; they're a work of art that captures the enchantment of winter. Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Super White Chocolate Candy Coating
  • 2 Tablespoons Paramount Crystals
  • 15 drops Butter Flavor
  • 15 drops Peppermint Flavor
  • 1 cup Christmas Jingle Chocolate Chips
  • Snowflake Bite Size Candy Mold
  • White Jewel Dust

Instructions

If the white chocolate is in block form, chop the chocolate into uniform pieces. Place the chocolate candy wafers or chopped chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl. Melt the chocolate using 20 second intervals, stirring in between to ensure the chocolate melts evenly and doesn’t scorch. Continue melting until the chocolate is fluid.
Add the paramount crystals if the melted chocolate seems too thick.
Stir in the Butter & Peppermint Flavor.

Pour the melted chocolate into a squeeze bottle. With the melted chocolate from the squeeze bottle, fill the candy mold nearly to top.

Immediately add the Jingle Chocolate Chips.

Place in the freezer for 15 minutes until the candy feels cool and the mold is cloudy. Gently flex the mold above a towel to release the snowflakes.

Allow the snowflakes to come to room temperature. Place snowflakes on a sheet of parchment and spray with white edible jewel dust (edible glitter).
