Peanut Butter Cinnamon Crisp Candy

  • 12 oz bag Make-n-Mold Peanut Butter Candy Coating
  • 4 tablespoons Cinnamon Baking Chips
  • 1/2 cup Tiny Crisp Rice
  • 1 pound Cocoa Lite Candy Coating, melted
  • Candy Mold, if desired
Combine melted Peanut Butter Candy Coating with Tiny Crisp Rice. Gently fold in the Cinnamon Baking Chips. Spoon mixture into desired candy mold or place mixture in a squeeze bottle (the cap tip will need to be cut larger to accommodate the thicker mixture) and fill the mold, taking care to only fill ¾ of the mold. Using a squeeze bottle, fill the remaining area of the mold with the melted Cocoa Lite Candy Coating. Tap the mold on a flat surface to remove any air bubbles. Place in freezer until mold is cloudy. Remove from freezer and carefully release candy from mold. TO MAKE AS A BARK: Combine melted Peanut Butter Candy Coating with Tiny Crisp Rice. Gently fold in the Cinnamon Baking Chips. Spread on parchment paper.
