Ingredients and Supplies
- 1 pound milk chocolate
- 1 1/2 cup tiny crisp rice or crispy rice cereal
- chewy commercial caramel or basic caramel recipe
Melt candy coating or melt and temper chocolate. Stir in crispy rice. Cut caramel into 1 1/2” ovals and flatten. Dip ovals into chocolate and crispy rice mixture and place on parchment or silicone mat.
