Mold candy hearts and place in freezer to set. Assemble cupcake wrappers and drop cupcakes into the center. Pipe buttercream icing using bag fitted with tip 1M. Insert candy hearts into top of icing mound. Roll black fondant very thin and cut flowers. Apply to cupcake using piping gel. Pipe small white dot centers to flowers.
