Burke's Perfecto Caramel is made the old fashion way. Due to the high dairy content their caramel does not stick to your teeth. Perfecto has a firm consistency with a nice, chewy bite.
If the caramel melts in transit, no worries! It will re-solidify and return to its original consistency. It doesn’t change its working properties or overall quality.
Perfecto Caramel can be used for:
- Baking - this caramel is bake stable. Use for layer bars!
- Dipped Caramel Squares: simply stretch the caramel and cut with scissors. Form into squares and dip in to melted chocolate, or use in a chocolate-lined candy molds.
- Caramel Apples: Perfecto caramel is ideal for a quick and easy caramel to use on apples. Simply melt the block of caramel in the microwave, then dip the apple into the melted caramel. Caramel does not flow off the apple over time like other caramels.Click here for full recipe and directions
