To obtain liquid egg whites, mix 1 tablespoon of dried egg whites to 3 1/2 tablespoons water. 2 tablespoons of mixture equals 1 egg white. This can be used in icings, marshmallow toppings, chiffon pies, and angel food cakes. Can also be used as a foaming agent in drinks.
