Cook's Pure Lime Extract

Cook's pure lime extract is distilled from cold-pressed lime oil. A delicious addition to jams, ice creams, cocktails, teas, icings, fruit salads, and syrups. Substitute for lime rind in any recipe.

For baking use 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon. As an accent flavor use a dropper to add 1-5 drops.

Food flavorings are shelf-stable products and do not expire. For FDA and trace-ability purposes, however, shelf life is stated as 1095 days from manufacture date.
