Chua cookie mats are the ultimate finishing touch to your cookies. On top of preventing spreading and producing an even bake, it creates a beautiful textured grid on the back of your cookies. The mats are made with FDA compliant food grade silicone coated fiberglass.
Some important notes:
- Before ordering please make sure to measure the inner base of your pan. Mats should lay completely flat in your pan in order to achieve an even bake.
- Do NOT cut the mat or use sharp tools to cut directly on the mat. Cut mats are no longer food safe as the fiber particles can spread into the air or food.
- Heat resistant up to 400 Fahrenheit.
- You do not need to roll the dough onto the mat to achieve the textured grids. The grids will appear during the baking process.
