Use compass to cut pastry, pizza, and bicuit dough or rolled fondant into perfect circles. Compass is adjustable to cut diameters from 5" to 14". Set includes three cutting wheel designs: plain, scalloped, and a crimping edge. Ruler has inch and centimeter markings. To use: Place the pointed tool in the center of the dough. Hold in place and rotate the wheel arm in a circular motion. Made of plastic.
