Use this tool to create dumplings, pierogis, empanadas, gyoza, pasta and more. Fill with fruit, meat, cheese, or veggies. To use: Roll out dough. Use the back of the press to cut out dough circles. Flip press over and lay dough on top. Spoon in filling, slightly off-center. Brush the edges of dough with a beaten egg. Use the handles to fold the press in half and squeeze tightly to crimp and seal the edges. Place the pies on a baking sheet to bake. Makes pies approximately 3" long x 1½" wide x ¾" thick. Use no more than 2 tablespoons of filling.
