This rolling pin includes removable discs for creating different pastry thicknesses. It comes with 3 sets of plastic discs that raise the rolling surface by different amounts, to create exactly the required pastry thickness – either 2 mm (1/16"), 6 mm (1/4"), or 10 mm (3/8"). Handles easily click on and off to adjust discs. The barrel is made of beechwood. Plastic discs are dishwasher safe, barrel should be hand washed only.
