Pillow Heart Polycarbonate Chocolate Mold

Polycarbonate molds are high quality molds that will not warp or bend. They create chocolate pieces that are finely detailed and glossy. Mold has 21 identical cavities. To use mold: fill each cavity with melted candy coating or melted and tempered real chocolate. Tap molds on counter to release any air bubbles. Place mold in the freezer 10-15 minutes or until the chocolate is set. Turn mold over to release chocolate pieces.
