Roll dark green fondant to desired thickness and cover cake board or drum. Roll light green rolled fondant and cover cake then center cake on the cake board or drum.
Elephant: Roll baby blue fondant thin and cut-out elephant. Roll lighter blue fondant very thin and use the teardrop mini accent cutter to cut the ear. Attach ear using piping gel. Attach non-pareil with piping gel for the eye.
Monkey: Roll brown fondant thin and cut-out monkey. Roll ivory fondant very thin and use football shaped mini accent cutter to cut the mouth and attach with piping gel. Use a sharp modeling tool to make nostril marks at the top of the shape to make nostrils. Attach non-pareils with piping gel for the eyes.
Giraffe: Roll yellow fondant thin and cut-out giraffe. Make the giraffes spots by rolling different small amounts of orange fondant then flatten and attach to giraffe's body using piping gel. Use the football shaped mini accent cutter to cut the snout and remold as necessary to fit the cut piece. Use a sharp modeling tool to make nostril marks at the top of the shape. Use brown fondant to mold the giraffe's ossicones and attach to the top of the head using piping gel. Attach non-pareils with piping gel for the eyes.
Lion: Roll light orange fondant thin and cut-out lion. Roll orange fondant thin and cut-out lion. Use the crimped side of the pastry roller to trim the head off of both lions. Attach orange head to light orange fondant using piping gel. Cut the 1" round cutter face from the light orange head and attach to the orange head using piping gel. Using round mini accent cutter to cut a circle then use flexible poly blade and cut the circle in half for the ears; attach to sides of head with piping gel. Cut a 1" round circle out of white fondant then use the cutter to cut a 1/3 of the circle for the lion's snout; attach with piping gel. Use the poly blade to make an indent for the snout. Roll a tiny piece of light pink fondant for the nose; attach with piping gel. Cut a tiny triangle out of the orange fondant and attach to the end of the lion's tale with piping gel.
To finish cake, roll green fondant to desired thickness and cut palms for the tree and jungle leaves. Roll brown fondant to the same thickness as the green and cut the tree trunk. Attach tree, animals and leaves to cake using piping gel. Use clay extruder to extrude a vine then wrap the vine around monkeys leg.
