- buttercream icing
- large open decorating tip
- isomalt
- hockey candy mold
- small round cutter
- red rolled fondant or gumpaste
- black rolled fondant or gumpaste
- flexible poly blade
- piping gel
Mold hockey sticks and puck using rolled fondant and allow to harden. Using isomalt, make small patches of ice just large enough to fit on the top of a cupcake; allow to dry. Ice cupcakes using large open tip. Lay isomalt disc on top of icing and push into icing to secure. Using piping gel, attach sticks and puck.
