- Label Cutter Set

Roll gumpaste very thin and cut shapes using Label Cutter Set. Use tip #6 to cut circles around ribbon. Cut letters and numbers and attach to pieces with piping gel. Use the flexible poly blade to cut stripes to attach to the flag. Allow all pieces to dry overnite or until they are hard. Once pieces are hard, use the red edible marker to make dotted lines around the tickets.
Pipe a swirl on top of cupcakes using a pastry bag fitted with tip 1M and filled with buttercream. Sprinkle confetti over top of buttercream then lay gumpaste pieces on top of cupcakes.
