Tutorial for Creating a Cupcake Bouquet

First, you will need decorated cupcakes, paper or plastic disposable cups, a stapler, food safe tissue paper, and a vessel to hold your bouquet. If you would like to learn how we created the flowers on our bouquet make sure to watch the video below. You can also do simple rosettes with a 1M tip, or even purchase premade cupcakes at the store. They sky is the limit when choosing a vessel, here we used a clay pot.

Next, you will want to arrange your cups on a flat space. Once you have them so they will fit your vessle you will them staple them together. You can make your bouquet as small or big as you need. You will just need to find a container they will fit. If you are needing a lot cupcakes and cannot find a container that will hold them all one trick you can do is use a cake board. Attach the cups together with the staple and then hot glue the cups onto the board.

As a precaution we added tape over the staples. Arrange your food safe tissue paper on a flat surface.

Place the cups onto the tissue paper and lift the paper around. Arrange the tissue paper so that it will nicely be displayed around the cups when you add them into your vessel. You can add more tissue paper as needed. If you are using the cake board trick at this time you can use ribbon and tie the tissue paper around the cups.

Place the cups and tissue paper into the vessel. Press firmly down to fit the cups in snuggly being careful not to cause the cups to misshapen. It will be more difficult to fit the cupcakes into the cups if they are misshapen. Carefully place your cupcakes into the cups.
