Instructions

Mixing and Coloring Royal Icing:
Prepare flood consistency royal icing in various colors according to the instructions provided in your recipe.
Pumpkin Pie Cookie:
Outline the pie pan with white icing and the pie section with ivory icing.
Pipe a small amount of red icing in the pie section and evenly distribute it with a paintbrush.
Set aside to dry for 5-10 minutes.
Pipe outlines of teardrops on top of the red icing.
Flood the pan section with white icing and use a scribe tool to smooth the icing.
Mix gold dust and grain alcohol to form a paint. Splatter the paint on the pan.
Let the cookie dry for 10-15 minutes.
Flood the pie crust with ivory icing and use a scribe tool to smooth.
Set aside to dry for 10-15 minutes.
Pipe whipped cream on top of the pie using medium to stiff white icing with a #16 tip.
Pipe a ruffle using stiff ivory icing and a petal tip where the pan meets the pie.
Dutch Oven Cookie:
Outline the bottom section of the pot with white icing.
Pipe the handle on the lid and fill in the knob.
Use a scribe tool to move icing in place.
Outline the lid section of the cookie.
Flood the bottom pot of the cookie and smooth the icing with the scribe tool.
Let dry for 10-15 minutes.
Flood the top lid section with white icing.
Splatter the pot with gold paint.
Pipe the handles and a line dividing the pot from the lid for more definition.
Paint the knob on the lid with gold paint.
Turkey Cookie:
Use a yellow edible food marker to draw the body, head, wings, and feathers of the bird.
Outline the body, head, and wings with brown icing.
Outline the feathers in their respective colors.
Flood the feathers section by section, smoothing the icing with a scribe tool.
Flood the body section of the turkey and smooth with a scribe tool.
Once the body section has crusted over, flood the wings and smooth.
Use medium consistency icing for the following details.
Pipe the feet and beak with orange icing.
Use red icing to pipe the snood.
Pipe the eyes with white and black icing.
Pipe a feather on the turkey's head
Final Touches:
Allow cookies to completely dry overnight or for 24 hours before packaging.
