This recipe takes simple brownies to a whole new level with our strawberry Dubai filling and a smooth white chocolate topping. Bake them in a pan for a classic treat, or use our 3-part molds to create gift-ready chocolate shells. The Dubai fillings make it effortless to add rich flavor.

Prepare your favorite brownie mix or recipe and bake in a greased, parchment-lined 9x9 pan. Let the brownies cool completely.
Press down the surface of the brownies using the back of a measuring cup or a fondant smoother to create an even, flat top.
To soften the strawberry Dubai filling, place the jar in a bowl of hot water. Once loosened, pour the entire jar over the brownies and smooth into an even layer. Set aside.
Melt the bright white candy melts in the microwave, then stir in the melted paramount crystals.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the strawberry layer and spread evenly with a spatula. Immediately top with sprinkles and edible glitter, if desired.
To make this in the 3-part gift mold: Stir the sprinkles directly into the melted white chocolate and omit the paramount crystals. Use this mixture to create your chocolate shells in the 3-part mold.
Add a layer of brownie into the chocolate shell, followed by a layer of strawberry filling.
Seal with chocolate and freeze for 5 minutes before removing from the mold.
Finish by adding details with Poppy Paint.

For gifting or display, package the treats in a clear box and add food-safe shred to the bottom for a finished look.
