Grinch-Inspired Pineapple Upside-Down Drink
Celebrate the holidays with this Grinch Pineapple Upside-Down Drink. Sweet, tropical, and bright green, it’s perfect for parties or family fun.
This drink works for any celebration! Leave out the green food coloring for a plain pineapple upside-down version, or keep it bright and festive for holiday fun.

Instructions
Mix the sprite, pineapple juice, vanilla creamer, cookie nip, and cherry flavor together in a pitcher & stir.
Add green food coloring until the desired shade is reached. We used airbrush color since it’s water-based and blends easily, but any water-based color will work.
Chill the drink before serving & pour over ice.
If desired, rim each glass with a small amount of corn syrup and dip into red sanding sugar.
If decorating with the red heart royal icing decoration, add right before serving.
