White Chocolate-Covered Sour Gummy Bears
Who can resist the tempting combination of sour and sweet flavors? Sour gummy bears are a beloved treat, and when you dip them in creamy white chocolate, the result is pure confectionery magic. Albanese candy makes the best sour gummy bears, and once you try them dipped in white candy melts, you'll be amazed at the delicious combination.
Sour gummy bears dipped in white chocolate are a delightful treat that combines the best of both worlds: the tangy zing of sour gummies and the creamy sweetness of white chocolate. By following these simple steps, you can create your own version of this tempting snack.
We've dipped the gummies in super white candy coating. Super white tends to be a bit thicker than regular white candy melts, so be sure and add paramount crystals to thin (more or less can be added, depending on how thick the candy is).
Ingredients
- 7 ounces Albanese Sour Gummy Bears
- 3/4 pound White Chocolate Candy Coating
- 2 Tablespoons Paramount Crystals
- Shimmer Nonpareils
Instructions
Melt the white chocolate using 20 second intervals, stirring in between to ensure the chocolate melts evenly and doesn’t scorch. Continue melting until the chocolate is fluid.
Dip each gummy bear into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s evenly coated. Use a dipping fork to lift the coated candy out of the chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
Using an offset spatula, slide the gummy off the dipping tool. Place the treat on a parchment paper.
Immediately,add rainbow sprinkles.
Enjoy!
