Cookies and Cream Candy Bar
Looking for an easy treat to make at home? Try these homemade cookies and cream candy bars! They look and taste just like the real deal from Hershey's.

1. Melt the chocolate using 20-second intervals, stirring in between to ensure the chocolate melts evenly and doesn’t scorch. Continue melting until the chocolate is fluid.
2. Stir in mini chocolate cookie bites.
3. Fill the cavities of your favorite chocolate bar mold (see some of our favorites linked at the bottom of the page). Smooth the backs of each cavity using an angled spatula. Gently tap the mold onto a flat surface to remove air bubbles and to insure the corners get comepletely filled.
4. Place filled molds in freezer.
5. When the mold is cloudy and the candy feels cold, invert the mold and the candy will drop from the mold.
Yield: Depends on the chocolate mold used.
