Bumblebee Honey Bark Recipe

Create a fun-textured honey bee candy bark using thoroughly washed bubble wrap for the texture. The honey-flavored candy bark is fun for parties with a Winnie the Pooh theme, or a summer themed party.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound White Coating
  • 1.5 teaspoons Honey Flavor
  • Paramount Crystals
  • Colour Mill Caramel Color
  • Gold Jewel Dust
  • Bee Lay-Ons
  • Black Poppy Paint

Instructions

At least 24 hours ahead of time, wash a sheet of bubble wrap with soap and water. Allow to dry completely.
Lay out a large sheet of parchment paper onto the counter. If the white chocolate is in block form, chop the chocolate into uniform pieces. Place the white chocolate candy wafers or chopped chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl. Melt the chocolate using 20 second intervals, stirring in between to ensure the chocolate melts evenly and doesn’t scorch. Continue melting until the chocolate is fluid.
