Become a Wholesale Customer
To better serve our growing customer base and meet the increasing demand for our products, we are excited to announce the launch of our wholesale division.
To ensure the long-term success of our wholesale program and maintain the integrity of our brand for all our customers, we have established a vetting process for wholesale accounts. Don’t qualify for wholesale? Some items are priced near wholesale when multiple quantities are purchased.
1. You must have an established online store, brick and mortar storefront, or production facility.
- Wholesale accounts are intended for businesses with a consistent retail presence, either through a physical store, an independent online store, or a combination of both. Businesses with a physical storefront must maintain regular operating hours throughout a business week. Businesses that primarily rely on occasional market sales will not be considered.
- Businesses primarily operating solely through social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) without a physical or independent online store are not eligible for wholesale accounts.
- Etsy online sellers may be accepted; however, seller must maintain multiple active listings.
- Amazon, Walmart and other 3rd party online sellers are not eligible for wholesale pricing.
2. Businesses must operate within the confectionery industry. This excludes businesses whose core operations are not related to the production or sale of confectionery items.
3. Businesses must provide a tax ID number or a Federal ID number.
- Orders must meet a minimum order requirement of $250 USD.
- Wholesale orders must be placed online through the dedicated wholesale portal. While in-store customers can place wholesale orders online for convenient in-store pickup, wholesale pricing is not available for purchases made directly at the register. Additional items selected in store are subject to the regular retail pricing.
- Our online wholesale portal offers a convenient and user-friendly experience. We are unable to process wholesale orders over the phone at this time.
- Orders must be paid at the time of purchase through our website. We do not offer credit terms.
- Customers agree to pay shipping based on total weight/dimension, with our deeply discounted UPS and FedEx rates.Wholesale customers are not eligible for free shipping.
- In the event of a pricing error online, Country Kitchen SweetArt reserves the right to adjust the price. If an order has already been placed at the incorrect price, you will be contacted to discuss the necessary adjustments.
- A deposit may be required for large orders or items that are not regularly stocked in our warehouse.
- Volume discounts, retail coupons and promotional codes are not valid on wholesale orders. Any codes added to orders will be removed and processed at the wholesale cost.
Terms and conditions, including pricing, availability, and wholesale term agreements, are subject to change at any time without prior notice. By using this website, users agree to abide by the current terms and conditions. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review and stay informed of any updates.

Violation of these terms and conditions may result in the suspension or termination of your wholesale account at Country Kitchen SweetArt's discretion.
