1# Directions:
1 lb cake mix
10.6 oz water
1.9 oz vegetable oil
Combine ingredients. Mix on low speed for 1 minute. Increase the speed to medium-high & mix for 1-2 minutes, or until no lumps remain. Bake the batter at 350F.
The prepared cake mix will yield 1# 12oz | 3 1/4 cups of batter.

53 oz water
9.5 oz vegetable oil
Combine ingredients. Mix on low speed for 1 minute. Increase the speed to medium-high & mix for 1-2 minutes, or until no lumps remain. Bake the batter at 350F.

Use a 3 TBSP scoop for cupcakes. From a 5# mix, you will get 110-120 cupcakes.
For a 6" pan, use 10 oz of batter & for an 8" pan, use 1# of batter.
Use a 3 TBSP scoop for cupcakes. From a 1# mix, you will get 22-24 cupcakes.
For a 6" pan, use 10 oz of batter & for an 8" pan, use 1# of batter.
