3-4 times the strength of a vanilla extract, Lorann's vanilla flavor (also known as flavoring oil or candy flavoring) is intended to flavor chocolate. Your melted chocolate won’t seize up like it would with a flavor or an alcohol-based extract.

Perfect for hard candy making and ideal for candies, frostings, fudges, and chocolates. When using in place of an extract, use 1/3 of what the recipe calls for. 1 dram = 1/8 ounce = 1 tsp.
