This mix will provide a quick way to make an elegant dessert. You will need heavy whipping cream, half and half or milk, 1 1/2 quart saucepan, wire whisk and four 5 to 6 oz. ramekin dishes. Sprinkle with caramelizing sugar and broil or use a culinary torch to caramelize the sugar. Mix serves 4.
