Quickly caramelize sugar on crème brulee or tarts without heating the filling with this culinary torch. Safe butane fueled torch has easy on/off trigger, efficient flame adjuster lever and safety lock when it is not in use. Compact 5 1/2" tall size and textured rubber body helps to make handling safe and easy. The torch burns for approximately 60-70 minutes when full and holds 64ml of butane fuel (sold separately, not included).
