Raspberry Type, Natural Flavor Blend can be used in a wide range of baking and other applications requiring a water-soluble flavor. Bake- and freeze-proof, this flavor has a jam-like profile.

We recommend using 0.50% by weight of the dry ingredients in your baking mix, which is the equivalent to one teaspoon in your typical 3 cup cake or cookie recipe.
