Pure, Natural Key Lime Extract can be used in a wide range of baking applications including key lime pie, pound cake, cheese cake and cookies.

We recommend using 0.50% by weight of the dry ingredients in your baking mix, which is the equivalent to one teaspoon in your typical 3 cup cake or cookie recipe.
