These premade candy centers make holiday chocolate making a breeze! These candy centers are great for molded candies/lined molds as a semi-firm center. For a firmer texture that can be rolled and dipped, add 1-4 tablespoons of Dry Fondant to create a more workable consistency. When following this step, centers can be scooped, rolled, and dip into melted chocolate or candy coating.
