Mango Type, Natural Flavor Blend can be used in a wide range of baked goods and other food applications requiring a water-soluble flavor. This extract will add a fresh, ripe mango flavor to your products.

We recommend using 0.50% by weight of the dry ingredients in your baking mix, which is the equivalent to 1 teaspoon in your typical 3 cup cake or cookie recipe.
