This highly pigmented product was solely created to color your sugar ingredients including: royal icing, fondant, buttercream, gum-paste, macaron batter, cake batter and cookie dough! The exception is CHOCOLATE, as ME's require moisture to be activated and are not fat soluble. These colors are made of crystals that need to be fully dissolved.
Note: Allow 20-30 minutes for the color to fully develop, then remix to ensure even color blending. The drier the ingredient you are adding it to, the longer the activation time.
