Cook's pure anise extract brings an old school licorice flavor to your cookies, breads, and other baked goods. Use to make pizzelles, biscotti, anisette toast, sambuca coffee and more! May be used as a substitute for anise seed and star anise.

For baking use 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon. As an accent flavor use a dropper to add 1-5 drops.

Food flavorings are shelf-stable products and do not expire. For FDA and trace-ability purposes, however, shelf life is stated as 1095 days from manufacture date.
