Blue Raspberry Type, Natural Flavor Blend was developed for use in a wide range of baking and other food applications requiring a water soluble flavor.

We recommend using 0.50% by weight of the dry ingredients in your baking mix, which is the equivalent to one teaspoon in your typical 3 cup, cake or cookie recipe.
