Amaretto is a delicious liqueur from Italy made from almond and apricot kernels. It has a rich, velvety almond-like flavor and aroma. Silver Cloud's Amaretto Type, Natural Flavor Blend can be used in a wide range of baking and other food applications requiring a water-soluble flavor. In your typical 3-cup baking mix, we recommend using one teaspoon, or 0.50% by weight of the dry ingredients.
