One or more heating rods placed into larger or deeper pans are used to improve baking results. Heating rods will bake larger cakes faster and more evenly. To use heating rod: Prepare pan as normal and pour in batter. Place rod into batter, flat head resting on bottom of pan. Remove rod after baking. Oven safe up tp 550°F. Made of stainless steel.
