Instructions
Pipe icing onto cupcake using pastry bag fitted with large round decorating tip.
Roll tops of cupcakes in fine Oreo cookie crumbs.
Mold tires with black fondant or black melted chocolate.
Paint the inner wheels or hubcaps with luster dust mixed with grain alcohol or lemon oil.
Place tires in center of cupcakes.
