Instructions
Hedgehog:
Begin by piping a small swirl of ivory buttercream onto the cupcake. Smooth the icing with an angled spatula to create a neat surface.
Using tip #233, pipe a dollop of fur in the center of the cupcake. Pipe dollops in an arc shape on each side of the first hair section. Fill in the remaining space with the fur-piped buttercream, creating a textured look.
Use tweezers to delicately place black sugar pearls for the eyes and nose to give your hedgehog its adorable face.
Fox:
Pipe a small swirl of ivory buttercream onto 2/3rds of the cupcake. Smooth the icing with an angled spatula, leaving the top third of the cupcake blank.
With orange buttercream and tip #233, pipe a dollop of fur in the center. Pipe a straight line from the center to the blank edge of the cupcake. Pipe dollops in an arc shape on each side of the central line, filling in the space with fur-piped buttercream.
Using tweezers, carefully place black sugar pearls for the eyes and nose.
Switch to a #352 leaf tip and pipe ears onto the fox to complete the look.
Deer:
Pipe a small swirl of ivory buttercream onto 2/3rds of the cupcake.
Smooth the icing with an angled spatula, leaving the top third of the cupcake blank.
With ivory buttercream and tip #233, pipe a dollop of fur in the center.
Pipe a straight line from the center to the blank edge of the cupcake.
Pipe dollops in an arc shape on each side of the central line, filling in the space with fur-piped buttercream.
Use tweezers to place black sugar pearls for the eyes and nose delicately.
Switch to a #352 leaf tip and pipe ears onto the deer, completing the woodland creature's charming appearance.
