Instructions
Use an offset spatula to evenly spread the light pink buttercream on top of each cupcake, making the surface smooth.
Attach tip #352 to the piping bag filled with light pink buttercream. Pipe two ears on each cupcake by squeezing the bag and creating a curved shape on either side of the cupcake.
Fit a piping bag with tip #16. Fill 1/3 of the bag with white buttercream, then add red, and finally pink. Pipe small rosettes around and between the unicorn ears..
Gently place the sugar layon unicorn horn at the top center of the cupcake, between the ears. Ensure that it is secure.
Switch to tip #2 and fill the piping bag with black buttercream. Pipe the eyes and eyelashes to give the unicorn a whimsical appearance.
Arrange the decorated cupcakes on a serving platter and enjoy the magical and adorable unicorn-themed cupcakes!
