Cupcake Ganache

- 1/2" thick panned ganache
- mini cupcake cookie cutter
- Flo-Coat coloring agent
- white candy coating
- pink food color
- lime green food color
- turquoise food color
- chocolate transer sheet
- small round red candies
Use cookie cutters to cut ganache. Cut transfer sheet in to 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" squares. Dip bottom of cupcake in melted and colored coating and place on wax or parchment paper; lay transfer sheet square on top of wet chocolate. When dry, pull acetate paper off of cupcake. Dip top of cupcake in white candy coating; place on paper and add small red candy to top of cupcake.
