Roll white fondant to desired thickness and cut using the same round cutter used to cut cookie dough. Brush cookie with piping gel and lay fondant on top. Using the large circle cutter from the accent set, cut random polka dots from the white fondant. Roll orange and green fondant to same thickness as white fondant. Using the same accent cutter, cut orange and green fondant and place in holes left in white fondant. Roll light blue fondant very thin and cut elephants then apply to cookie using piping gel. Roll pale blue fondant very thin and use large teardrop accent cutter to cut ear and apply to elephant using piping gel. Apply black non-pareil with piping gel for eye.
